Fit Ritual Inc. Reservation Policy

Sessions can be reserved online using our website online schedule, by phone (call/text), or by email. If a reservation is cancelled early the session is credited to your Fit Ritual account to use towards future reservations. Single sessions, personal training packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non transferable and non-refundable. Pricing is subject to change without notice. New clients should contact Fit Ritual to inquire about our services. New Clients are encouraged to contact their doctor prior to starting a new fitness regime.

Fit Ritual Inc. Arrival Policy & Etiquette


First-time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the session.


Please refrain from using cell phones during session. Proper footwear must be worn for each session in the studio, i.e. grip socks and/or sneakers. Please refer to guest code of conduct. No pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio during session.

Cancellation policy (excluding fitness services)

The time needed for the services that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel reservation or reschedule we require 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours for small group trainings . Please call us at 212 260 8919 or text 646 707 7332. Failure to show up or cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in 70% charge of the reserve service amount.

Special cancellation policy regarding fitness services

For the convenience of our clients, our training time slots are prearranged and scheduled in advance. Because of this, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We operate on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions and require the client provide 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. No charge will be levied should the client cancel with more than 24 hours notice and the client reschedules within (1) week of cancelled session. If the client does not reschedule, the client will be charged half of the session fee. If the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged in full. No shows will be charged the full session rate. The client must understand that all canceled sessions should be rescheduled to ensure consistency and fitness progress. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, the 24 hour advance notice is not required. Although, as soon as the client is able, a phone call explaining the circumstances will be expected and appreciated. The client will not be charged for an emergency or extenuating circumstances that happen to either the client or our stuff member.

Refund Policy

We will refund all amounts paid if we receive your written cancellation notice within three (3) business days of the date you purchased the package or classes or at any time before your first session has been serviced, whichever is later. If we receive your cancellation notice after your first session has been serviced, we will not refund any amount you have already paid, but we will service your paid sessions on the schedule then in effect. We will not refund any amount for a scheduled session that you fail to attend or fail to reschedule or postpone (by contacting your designated trainer) at least 24 hours in advance. We will provide a refund or credit for trainings that we cancel if we cannot find a suitable alternative for the registrant. If you copy, reconstruct or attempt to share session information to do any of the mentioned, legal action can and will be taken against you.
