Don’t live in Manhattan or just need us to come to you? Not a problem — we’ll bring the fitness studio to the privacy of your home/facility. Not only will you get one of our certified Fitness Trainers, but we’ll also bring all of the essential equipment for an intensive one-hour workout session. Rates depend on location.
No matter where you live, you can have your very own online personal trainer and Registered Dietitian/Dietetic Technician! We will stay connected through Skype, phone calls and emails. Our six-week Online Coaching program includes an initial assessment, fitness consultation and personalized nutrition plan, plus weekly check-ins.
Each month we will give presentations and workshops on popular topics. Such as, Why the way you cope with stress influences number on your scale no matter how hard you train? Why only running won’t give you the reflection you want to see in the mirror? Why not enough sleep will make you waste your money? Why you won’t feel any better by only eating salads? We want you to leave with knowledge and better critical thinking skills, so you can make better daily decisions.
